This policy explains what personal information Ferment Space Cooking Co., Ltd. ("Ferment Space Cooking School", "we") collects through our website, including the DTV student progress page at fermentspacecookingschool.com/progress, and how we use it.

Information we collect
- Google sign-in: when you sign in to the student progress page with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We use them only to confirm you are an enrolled student and to show your own record. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.
- Enrolment and attendance records: your name, email address, the classes held and whether you attended, kept so we can track program hours and the attendance required for your DTV visa program.
- Class photos: photos of class activities and dishes, shown to enrolled students in the class log.
How we use it
- To show each student their class history, attendance and remaining program hours.
- To let our teachers manage attendance and course records.
- To provide attendance and enrolment information needed for DTV visa matters, only when you ask us to or when the law requires it.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Records are kept in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and are visible only to our staff. Each student can see only their own attendance through the progress page.
How long we keep it
We keep enrolment and attendance records for as long as needed for your program and any related visa requirements, and for up to 2 years afterwards unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your records sooner where we are not required to keep them.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email us at fermentspacecookingschool@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
